Eleni Boutsika Palles
_ architecture, scenography & research
Grounded in the methodological framework of architecture, scenography and urbanism, my work focuses on the theory and design of multi-sensory, interactive and narrative environments, including exhibits, performative settings and urban landscapes.
My professional experience includes collaborations with theatres, artists & architectural offices, exhibition design, artistic installations, editing and design of printed matter and teaching.
From 2019 to 2014 I tought at the department of Architectural Theory at the University of Innsbruck while working on my PhD research and in 2022 I co-founded the Vienna Architecture Summer School.
I am currently working as a senior scientist at the Institute for Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.
I hold a Diploma in Architecture from the NTU Athens (2010) and a Diploma in Scenography from the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna (2015). From 2015 to 2017 I attended the Master Program Art&Science at dieAngewandte in Vienna.
